Would You Do Me A Favor? Pray for Kate and Henry
Over the weekend, I will do post How to Experience Your Own Great Exchange (Part 3). I just couldn't get to it this morning and now I need to hit Trader Joe's and stock up on nuts, seeds, and berries before my oldest gets home for Spring Break.
Most of you are not weekend readers. I know because I check my stats. So, if you want to be sure and get How to Experience Your Own Great Exchange (Part 3), you can easily subscribe by typing your email in that little box to the right. :)
If you haven't read Part 1 and Part 2, you may want to carve out a little time for yourself to read and process.
Even though I'm not posting Part 3 today, I do want to ask you to do me a favor. Would you be praying for Kate and Henry?
This isn't Henry, but it is Kate. I interviewed Kate and published that interview here on December 8, 2011.
Kate has returned to Uganda and is working with an organization called Lifeline. She's serving orphans, helping families who are adopting children, and coming alongside a friend who is homeschooling her 13 children. Goodness!
Henry is a 14 year-old boy who Kate has been loving and serving, although it hasn't always been easy. The Lord has been doing beautiful things in and through Kate, but this story has taken a turn, a downward turn.
Kate and Henry need our prayers. Head over to Kate's blog, His Daughter, His Lily, and read about Henry. And PLEASE leave Kate a comment to let her know that you're praying for them both.
