as far as I can tell.  The Verkhovna Rada has closed for the day ...

and, according to Dima, our facilitator, there has not been a vote on the bill .  From another adopting family who has heard from their facilitator, the bill has fallen off the Rada schedule and is not on the calendar AT ALL.  Rather, new legislation is being developed which does NOT include a moratorium. 

However, another family has heard from their facilitator that the original bill will be introduced in July.  But that adoptions "in process" will be allowed to be completed. 

Bottomline, THANK YOU for your prayers!  It looks like this roadblock has been moved out of the way - at least for now.
