Welcome to our Family Room

Come on in! Let me get you a cup of something cozy while you warm up by the fire.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAWe're still getting a few pictures on the wall, but the furniture is pretty much in place.  Are you comfortable? Warm? I'm so glad you're here. And I hope you'll stay for awhile. Here in our family room we'll wrestle, and dig, and encourage each other. We'll grow alongside each other and become more of who we were made to be. We'll get freedom. And we'll get more of Jesus.  Welcome! fireplaceWelcome to a place where we can dream.  When I dream about our family room, I dream of women all around the world ... gathering.Gathering and connecting. Building community, setting aside the obvious differences, and engaging in stuff that really matters.I dream of women stepping out into their world ...

with their identity rooted in Christ,

knowing how to cultivate intimacy with Christ,

and impacting their world through Christ.

DoorwayWelcome.  Would you like to stay awhile?  Sit by the fire and share, and encourage, and learn? Would you like to join hands and hearts with women who share your passion to impact their world? Before you say yes, you should know what I believe. What I believe about you. And what I believe about every single woman across this beautiful aching world.

Every single woman is created in the image of God. Regardless of what she believes, I believe she's created with inherent value, worth, and dignity. And I'm going to treat her that way.  Genesis 1:27.

Every single women is created special. This means that she is TOTALLY unique.  Her DNA is uniquely hers. But she also has a unique set of gifts, strengths, and experiences that make her so very special. I'm going to view her as special.  Jeremiah 1:5.

Every single woman is created for impact. She's not special just for the sake of being special, but for beautiful purpose that brings glory to God and is SO MUCH FUN for her. I'm going to celebrate as she finds her sweet spot and makes lasting impact in her world.  Ephesians 2:10.

So  tell me ... what do you think?  Welcome to our family room. I do hope you'll stay for awhile.
